By accessing or using BeatAlytics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

BeatAlytics provides analytics and reporting tools for music producers and rights holders. The service includes dashboard analytics, sales tracking, customer insights, and report generation based on data you connect from supported platforms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your data. BeatAlytics retains ownership of the service, software, and all related intellectual property. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

BeatAlytics is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
